Coaching Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a coaching session, please notify both your coach and the Power Up program coordinators at least 24 hours in advance.

Your session can be rescheduled; however, we ask that you do not cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice more than twice.

If you cancel three sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be considered de-enrolled from the Power Up program. Please see the Program Cancellation Policy for more details.

Program Pause Policy

If you need to pause your participation in Power Up due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason, please contact your coach and the program coordinators.

When requesting a pause, please include:

  • Notice that you would like to pause your enrollment
  • The reason for the pause (this can be general – personal or medical details are not required)
  • The length of time you would like to pause

If you need to pause your enrollment for longer than 3 weeks, please refer to the Program Cancellation Policy.

Program Cancellation Policy

If you decide to step away from the Power Up program and either:

  • do not wish to pause your enrollment; or
  • need to pause for longer than 3 weeks

you will be de-enrolled from the program.

Once de-enrolled:

  • All of your personal information will be removed from our registrar and Google Classroom, including any submitted work.

You are welcome to re-enroll in Power Up in the future. However, you will not be able to resume from where you left off. You will be treated as a new student and will need to complete the registration form again: https://forms.gle/eY4o4VYjeV1nusgM7
